Personal Pick-Up Customers may collect their orders directly from our shop during working hours. Location: Mellowdee Technologies Iconic Business Plaza, Moi Avenue 6th Floor, Shop P11 Nairobi, Kenya Pick-Up Hours: Monday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM This option is free of charge. 2. Rider Deliveries (Within Nairobi & Nearby Areas) We offer fast rider delivery services within Nairobi and surrounding areas. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 5:00 PM. Cash on Delivery (COD) applies to product cost only. Delivery Charges: Nairobi CBD: KES 100 3. Deliveries Outside Nairobi at a cost For orders outside Nairobi, full payment is required before dispatch. Delivery takes approximately 1–2 business days depending on courier schedules. Customers may be required to collect parcels from their nearest courier office. 4. Additional Information Delivery timelines may vary due to traffic, weather, or courier delays. Customers will be notified once their order has been dispatched or is ready for pick-up. Mellowdee Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
