By accessing or purchasing from Mellowdee Technologies, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. 1. General Use Mellowdee Technologies provides electronics, computer products, accessories, and related services. All products and services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. 2. Orders Orders can be placed via call or WhatsApp on our official numbers. An order is only confirmed once agreed upon by both the customer and Mellowdee Technologies. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of misinformation or stock unavailability. 3. Pricing All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Prices are subject to change without prior notice depending on market conditions. Once an order is confirmed, the agreed price will not change. 4. Payments We accept Cash, M-Pesa, and Bank Transfers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Nairobi for selected orders. Full payment is required before dispatch for all orders outside Nairobi. 5. Delivery Delivery timelines depend on location and courier availability. Same-day delivery applies within Nairobi for orders placed early. Mellowdee Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. 6. Returns & Warranty Products may come with a warranty depending on the item purchased. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include physical damage or misuse. Returns or exchanges must be requested within the agreed warranty period and with proof of purchase. 7. Product Condition We sell both new and refurbished items. Condition details will always be clearly communicated before purchase. 8. Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. Any errors in address or contact information may result in delays or additional charges. 9.
